HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
INFRICO will keep the user data for the duration of their contractual relationship and afterwards, if they have consented, the data for promotional actions will be kept for a period of two years. For the rest of users, the data will also be maintained for a period of two years, without prejudice to the data retention obligations required by applicable legislation in each case.
In short, the data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to conservation required for proper formulation, exercise or defence of potential claims and/or whenever permitted by applicable legislation.
